This space was a knock-through between the kitchen and dining room.  The client wanted a modern space and had a lot to cram in.  The custom-made utility area, housing a hidden washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board was a triumph in this space.  The JellyBean island adds a bespoke touch to the kitchen.
